Do I need to sign in to buy?
You are not required to as you can check out as a guest but creating an account with Poshis Collection is quick and easy. It will allow you to move through our checkout quicker when making future orders. You can also store multiple shipping addresses, gain access to your order history, and much more.
I can't remember my password. How do I find it?
You can click on the 'forgot password' link and enter your username or email address. We will then email a reset link right away! Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover. All payments are processed securely through PayPal's encrypted payment page. You can also pay with your PayPal balance and even use their 6 months financing if you qualify through their financing program.
Is my card information safe here?
All payments are processed securely through PayPal's encrypted payment page, which uses the latest and greatest in security technology! An SSL certificate is used to secure the payment page and API endpoints. These certificates are using the SHA-256 algorithm and VeriSign’s 2048-bit G5 Root Certificate, which is as rock solid as you can get!
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How much is shipping?
Shipping to the USA is only £9.85 for USPS Priority Shipping or £28.50 for express shipping. For shipping anywhere else worldwide the cost for standard shipping is £9.93 and worldwide express shipping is £35. Tracking numbers are included with all shipments.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
You will normally get your package within 1 to 3 business days. Worldwide delivery takes a little longer, between 9 and 16 business days unless any issues arise that are out of our control.
How do I get a refund?
To request a refund for unused and undamaged items, please email or call us. Once we receive items back in the mail and have confirmed they are in the same condition as they left our warehouse, we will process a refund to your original payment method. We strongly recommend getting shipping insurance with a tracking number from the courier you choose to return with. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods that are sent back to us. If you obtain a tracking number, please email us the tracking number so we can also be on the lookout for your return. All shipments to us are your responsibility and we will not pay for return or exchange shipping costs unless it was a mistake on our end and/or you received incorrect items. Only then will we cover the return shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label that can printed and placed on the box/bag used to ship back to us.
How do I return/exchange items?
To return or exchange any item, all you need to do is email or call us to let us know you wish to return or exchange your UNUSED, non-damaged items. Once we receive your order and have confirmed that the condition remains the same, we will ship the items you want in exchange. If there is a cost difference for the exchange, we will either refund you the difference or you will be required to pay the additional price if it costs more for the items you want in exchange. Orders will not be shipped to you until any additional costs are paid. We strongly recommend getting a tracking number and shipping insurance from the shipping company you choose to return with.
What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind on a purchase or exchange, and if it is before the products have been shipped out to you, please contact us by phone and/or email as soon as possible. We can then cancel, refund, or void your order and/or payment. If we have already shipped your order to you, you must ship it back to us at your expense. Only once we receive the items back from you will we refund your payment.
